Wheat Porridge with Mushrooms
Directions: Boil mushrooms, put them in a colander. Pour broth into another bowl, cool and chop mushrooms. Melt butter, add a little vegetable oil and fry chopped onions. At the end, add a cup of mushroom broth and boil them. Add washed wheat groats and melted butter to the rest of boiled mushroom broth, then salt. When the porridge starts to thicken, add mushrooms and fried onions with broth, stir it and place for 40 minutes in the oven preheated to 200C. Season the cooked porridge with herbs and melted butter.
Wheat Porridge with Black Olives
Directions: Cover washed groats with 2 cups of water, boil them in a saucepan. Reduce the fire and simmer the groats covered, for 20 minutes, until seethed. Cut olives and cheese, mix with wheat porridge. Chop mint finely and add it to other ingredients. Season the porridge with salt and pepper optionally. Mix olive oil with lemon juice and dress the porridge. Mix well and serve.
