Three facts about organic acacia honey:
- Nectar from the white acacia is distinguished by a predominance of fructose in its composition. Thus, acacia honey is considered a hypoallergenic product easily absorbed by the body.
- In order to preserve all of its useful components and the product's taste and smell, the honey is heated to not more than 38°C. Its quality meets high European standards regularly confirmed by laboratory tests.
- The hives are kept in accordance with the principles of organic beekeeping. They are made from natural materials and are not painted in order to avoid chemical penetration. Bees cannot be treated with antibiotics, or fed with sugar or sugar syrup.

Chemical composition of a product is characterized by calories, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, dietary fibres and vitamins. For organic products, these parameters significantly depend on natural factors – air temperature and precipitation during vegetational season, dry or rainy season, geographic latitude and longitude of cultivation, botanical grain varieties, and soil type. It is impossible to foresee all the factors, so these values are average and indicative only.
