Honey
Organic meadow grass honey is an organic product made of wildflower nectar processed by honey bees. Honey is easily digested by the body, as it consists of simple sugars: glucose and fructose, and the complex of vitamins and minerals. In addition it contains a small amount of pollen, propolis, bee-secreted enzymes and the substances originally presented in flower nectar. Thanks to this, honey has antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral effects, increases human energy level and vitality, and gives tone to the body.

Chemical composition of a product is characterized by calories, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, dietary fibres and vitamins. For organic products, these parameters significantly depend on natural factors – air temperature and precipitation during vegetational season, dry or rainy season, geographic latitude and longitude of cultivation, botanical grain varieties, and soil type.
It is impossible to foresee all the factors, so these values are average and indicative only.
